SAFMC, NCDMF, and ACCSP Seek Input on Customizable Citizen Science Application

The Atlantic Coastal Cooperative Statistics Program (ACCSP) is funding the South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (SAFMC) and North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (NCDMF) and is a proud partner to help facilitate the creation of this mobile application.

We will hold a series of workshops in March and April 2021. These workshops are to discuss the needs of the users before the development of the mobile application. To prepare for the workshops, we ask interested fisheries scientists, fishers, fisheries managers, and others in the community to take this quick Citizen Science Mobile Application Questionnaire. Deadline is Monday, Feb 15 at 5pm EST.

For those interested in playing a larger role in the development of the citizen science application, consider participating in one of our virtual town hall meetings.
