GARFO federal reports submitted via SAFIS eTRIPS (mobile and online) MAY fail. Please wait and try resubmitting a few hours later. Your original submission date will be maintained.

State reports in SAFIS eTRIPS will process fine. Additionally, there will be no impact on SAFIS eDR applications.
